Loins and ends bone-in whole. It is also offered portioned (Chops and T-bone steaks), fresh or frozen.

Loins and ends boneless

Loins and ends boneless whole. It can be offered in slices of the desired weight, fresh or frozen.

Note: Veal tongue, fresh or frozen, is also  available.
