During the years of its uninterrupted operation, our company managed to maintain its family character, aiming at the close surveillance of its entire function and the direct contact with all partners, either they are suppliers or customers. We chose, and apply faithfully, quality systems (HACCP and ISO 22000:2005) and attend to the total compliance of all our products and processes with the current legislation.
The headsmen of each section have selected their partners (suppliers, technicians etc) to strict criteria and follow the evolutions in research, technology and legislation closely, in order to be able to satisfy the market’s needs and the customers’ demands at any time.
All sections are staffed with specially trained employees, who contribute to the flawless production and the punctual delivery of quality goods. The quality department is constantly organizing seminars in food quality, safety and hygiene for the employees, often in co-operation with external educational specialists. Our purpose is that the level of the provided products and services remains steadily high.
